Man, it's been a while hasn't it? Yes, yes it has.
So let's see... I'm now part time at my job which is awesome. It's not full time I know, and I'm sure people are asking "why aren't you getting full time?" or "why aren't you applying for a full time job?". The answer currently is this, I like where I work. I'd rather be working part time for a job that I enjoy and don't mind going to rather than for a ton of money where I'd rather shoot myself point blank than show up for. Not to mention how close to home it is. So until I adjust to wintertime here, where things are etc... I'm happy where I am thank you very much.
On to other things!
We got a third cat last night. Yes, a third. I know I know... crazy cat people right? Nah... any more than that is just plain insane. Three's a nice odd number. Anyways, his name is Ireland and he's decided to wake me up at 1AM to tell me "I love you" in chirps (yes, he chirps like a bird and vibrates like a cellphone.) and give me kitty kisses. So since I can't get back to sleep right off the bat I figured I'd throw a post up here and have water. I've posted a couple pics of him on Facebook so far but I'm sure there's more to come. Miko took better to him than she had for Jack by far. Just a few hisses and glares this time rather than chasing him around the apartment for three days screaming like a banshee. Jack on the other hand just followed around like a curious kitten wanting to play but not sure how to initiate it. Crisis averted!
As for the wedding... we've decided on having a civil ceremony here with the nesessary witness' and whatnot to get the paperwork out of the way with maybe a small party here for those who can't go to Winnipeg then if/when we have time we'll go to Winnipeg for a reception with family and some close friends. It's not traditional and all and probably not what some/most people want, but it's in the end what's going to work out best for us. He'll have his parade uniform, I'll be getting a pretty dress and we'll get pictures taken maybe... but that's probably the extent of doing any wedding planning or anything even remotely close to normal. :P We'll see what else happens on that front though.
Well that's about it for tonight, I'm getting tired again finally and I hear either Jack or Ireland trying to break down the bedroom door trying to find me.

it writes!!!! or should i say types. the wedding thing is cool, do what is best for you guys, thats whats important. screw everyone else so long as you two are happy. but remember the best place to honeymoon is AZ. =0) its sorta warm here. at least in comparision to where you are at. luv u both!
